I have my new mattress which is great thank you very much. I was pleased with the customer service that you gave me. Answering my emails very promptly and also tracking the delivery for me.

I found you via googling mattresses and haveing come across many websites I found yours to be the most informative about the NuBed without the disbelieveing marketing blurb you get.

I was a little concerned about buying my new mattress online as comfort is hard to judge online. I bought my Nubed mattress from Mattressfirst because the site gave good thorough technical information and avoided marketing blurb of the other sites. My mattress was ordered and arrived on time and very comfortable. I believe the most impressive thing about my experience was the superb customer service which was excellent and very reassuring when dealing through the internet.

Hi, Mattress arrived today, absolutely a first rate service... not only cheapest but 36 hours from ordering to delivery. Your operation is very good. I only wish others were like it. Many thanks and I will be ordering a second mattress for my spare bed in a few weeks.

Hi there I found your site to be of a high standard compared to others. It neither looks cheap and tacky or clumsily designed and unclear. The lack of hidden costs (delivery) was especially appealing. I find it is far better to know what you are going to have to pay straight away, not half way down the ordering process.

Graham, Your website is very professionally presented, easy to navigate around and contains lots of good information on the products. I did check out a number of other sites but placed the order with yourself as I found the combined price of the mattress and protector coupled with the short delivery time was the best deal for me on the web.
