Under the soft durable knitted outer cover a 75mm layer of high quality Memory Foam is bonded to a 20mm layer of Superior Foam and laid over the three layers of pocket springs to create the ultimate sleeping surface for the person who requires deep support whilst having the feeling of ‘lying in’ the mattress. Each spring layer is cushioned using a 20mm sheet of Superior Foam which helps to provide even more support, stability and comfort to this flag ship model.

Memory Foam (visco-elastic foam) reacts to body temperature and weight and moulds to the contours of your body helping to relieve pressure on sores and improve circulation whilst keeping your spine in the correct alignment.

Memory Foam helps to benefit those people who suffer from arthritis, sciatica and other general aches and pains that can often disturb a good night’s sleep. Memory Foam is also hypo-allergenic so is an excellent sleeping surface for allergy sufferers.

The NuBed Memory Foam mattresses have been designed as ‘NO TURN’ so no heaving lifting is necessary. However a top to tail turn once every 6 months may be advisable.

Memory Foam mattresses are suitable for the use on bed frames that have wooden slats to support the mattress - the slats must not be more than 7.5cms (3") apart.

Whilst the springs work independently to the contours of your body, the memory foam will help to relieve any aches and strains that you may be suffering as it moulds to your body by responding to your body temperature. This is particularly beneficial to those people who suffer from arthritis and sciatica. The outer stretch cover is not attached to the memory foam so that the foam is not restricted when moulding to the shape of your body. This mattress is Hypo-Allergenic.

The unique spring system is constructed in such a way allowing multi-directional air flow through the mattress as you sleep, keeping you cool and the mattress fresh at all times. This mattress is tailored using a Smooth Top finish.

An inventive packaging system encapsulates the mattress inside a heavy duty travel case for protection during transit to your home ensuring that it arrives in pristine condition.  Upon arrival the mattress can easily be carried up an awkward staircase or through a narrow hallway to the bedroom without causing damage to your home or possibly injuring yourself. Life need not be difficult !  Once removed from the bag and fully opened this high quality mattress will quickly regain shape and will feel superb. Vacuum packing is not used so the unpacking process is perfectly safe. Please note that the mattress cannot be re-rolled once opened.

Please be aware that when opening the packaging of a new Memory Foam Mattress or Topper, depending on your sensitivity to smells you may find that the mattress/topper gives off a 'chemical' odour. This is a by-product from the foam manufacturing process. No toxic ingredients are used to produce memory foam therefore the odour is harmless. We suggest that you air the new mattress for at least two days before use - in some cases it may take a little longer depending on your sensitivity to the smell. Once the mattress is in use it may also be advisable to wash the bed sheets after the first two nights, thereafter the odour should disappear.
