Delivery information

Your NUBed mattress or other NUBed product will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE and fully insured to any address within the United Kingdom by a Fast Track delivery service within 48 hours from receipt of order by a prominent national carrier as long as we have your order in the system no later than 2pm, except for the Scottish Isles and the Isles of Scilly where a prior delivery arrangement needs to be made and the Channel Islands where delivery can take up to 3 days. No surcharges will be added for these services.

All goods must be signed for at the time of delivery whether at the billing address or at an alternative address. Should the packaging be damaged in any way,  i.e. torn or stained, then please ask the driver to note the damage on the delivery sheet BEFORE you sign for the goods as we have no comeback on the transport company once the delivery has been made and signed for. This is very important.

Using a prominent national carrier we provide a  FREE and fully insured delivery service within 48 hours from receipt of your order to most mainland postcodes as long as your order is placed before 12:30pm from Monday to Friday. Orders received at the weekend will be despatched on a Monday.

Deliveries to the following areas will be subject to a £20.00 surcharge.   The Scottish Highlands, The Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles,The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.

Delivery to the following Scottish postcodes can take up to 3 working days depending on the location.  AB23, AB30-99, IV, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-40, PH41 sector 41 and PH49-50.

Delivery to the Scottish Isles and The Isles of Scilly can be 3 to 5 working days, plus a prior delivery arrangement needs to be made.

Delivery to The Channel Isles can also take up to 3 days.

Special Delivery Services.

To help with your busy schedules we can also offer the following special delivery services, however please note that the below mentioned surcharges would be added to the invoice.

a)  Before 10:30am  Monday to Friday.  Add on cost  £25.00.  

  • England.  Available to all postcodes excluding the following :  TR1-93, EX23, PL10-15, PL17-18, PL22-35 and PL95 sector 8.  
  • Wales.  Available to all postcodes excluding the following : LD1-2, LD3 sector 3, LD4-6, LD7 sector 9, LL23-25, LL29 sectors 0-6, LL35-55, LL58-78, SA19-20 SA32-33, SA35-48, SA61 sector9, SY15, SY16 sector 3, SY16 sector 4, SY17-20 and SY23-25.
  • Scotland.  Available in all postcode areas excluding the following :  AB23, AB30-99, IV, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-40, PH41 sector 4 and PH49-50.
  • Northern Ireland.  Available in all postcode areas excluding :  BT21-22, BT24-25, BT30-35, BT44-61, BT68-94

This service is also not available for the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly.

b)  Saturday morning before 12 noon..   Add on cost  £35.00.

  • England.    Available to all postcodes.
  • Wales.       Available to all postcodes.
  • Northern Ireland.    Available to all postcodes.
  • Scotland.   Available to all postcodes excluding the following :  AB23, AB30-99, IV, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-40, PH41 sector 4 and PH49-50.

This service is not available for the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and the Isles of Scilly.

Please note that deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday, Bank Holidays or National Holidays.

We always endeavour to keep to the quoted delivery time, however we cannot guarantee to do so should circumstances beyond our control prevent this happening."

Delivery to an address other than the Billing address

Should you request your order to be delivered to an address other than the Billing address shown on the Order Confirmation then this is possible. Please state quite clearly the alternative address in the section headed 'other details', or quote the alternative address in your email of fax should you be using either of these options to place your order. If telephoning please also remember to inform us of any special delivery instructions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DELIVER TO BUSINESS PREMISES.

We cannot be held responsible for a lost or damaged item once it has been signed for at an alternative address other than the billing address shown on the order confirmation. All goods must be signed for at the time of delivery whether at the billing address or at an alternative address.

CARE WHEN OPENING THE TRAVEL CASE

Upon arrival of your NUBed mattress after removing the outer polythene wrapping please be extra careful when opening the travel case. DO NOT use a sharp blade as this could damage the mattress. After removing the mattress from the case start opening the inner polythene wrapping carefully at one end and avoid ‘poking’ scissors through the wrapping as again this could also damage the mattress.

Once the wrapping is fully removed, unroll the mattress and leave for 2 – 3 hours to allow the sleeping surface to make a full recovery ready for you to enjoy the perfect nights sleep.
